Chi Kung, Yoga

Chi Kung (Qi Gong)

Chi Kung

A very gentle, ancient Chinese exercise; good for young and old, to build strength and inner peace.

Nei Kung simply means Internal Work and Chi Kung means Chi Work; they are flip sides of the same coin. Traditionally a part of daoist training for health, well being and spiritual development.

Nei Kung tends to be still and more meditative. A simple way of building internal strength and aligning body and mind.

Chi Kung tends to focus more on movement and flow. Supporting the internal organs, improving the breath and increasing general vitality.

Daniel Brierley is a principal teacher of Chi Kung at the Elemental College of Chi Kung based in London.

Classes take place at 6:30 pm on Thursdays during term time. All are welcome.

Decompress, realign with Maryam - restorative Vinyasa Yoga.
