Join us for an evening of KundaDance® and meditation with the world-renowned yogi and musician hosted by The Study Society.
Maya will lead us through a KundaDance® class, a 60-minute high-intensity, fun, uplifting, cardio, dance workout. It’s a creative movement class combining Kundalini Yoga, Thai Chi, and Qi Gong. KundaDance® takes you on a journey through the chakras actively aligning your body, mind, and spirit. It’s suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
After the workout we will enjoy a healthy vegetarian/vegan dinner, after which Maya will lead a calming meditative practice.
The evening will finish with a Q&A. Maya will talk about Yoga and KundaDance®, and you will have an opportunity to ask questions.
